GML801-B radar level gauge series sensor is a 26GHz high-frequency radar-type level measuring instrument with a maximum measurement distance of 80 meters. The antenna is further optimized and processed, and a new type of fast microprocessor can perform higher-speed signal analysis and processing, so that the instrument can be used for some complex measurement conditions such as reactors and solid silos.
Radar level antennas emit narrower microwave pulses that are transmitted downward through the antenna. After the microwave contacts the surface of the measured medium, it is reflected back and received again by the antenna system. The signal is transmitted to the electronic circuit and automatically converted to the level signal. The time taken is almost instantaneous).
Measurement datum: Thread bottom surface or flange sealing surface.
Note: When using radar level timing, be sure to ensure that the highest material level cannot enter the measurement blind zone (the area shown by D in the figure).

The radar level gauge is installed at 1/4 or 1/6 of the diameter. Note: The minimum distance from the tank wall should be ≥200mm.

The top surface of the conical tank can be installed in the middle of the tank top to ensure that the bottom of the cone is measured, as shown in Figure 2.
When there is a material stack, the antenna should be vertically aligned with the material surface. If the material surface is uneven, you must use universal flange to adjust the angle of the horn so that the horn is aligned with the material surface as much as possible, as shown in Figure 3.
Takeover height requirements: the antenna must be at least 10mm into the tank, as shown in Figure 4.

The power supply and the output current signal share a two-core shielded cable. See technical data for specific supply voltage range. For intrinsically safe type, a safety barrier must be added between the power supply and the instrument.

Separate the power supply and the current signal, and use a two-core shielded wire for each. See technical data for specific supply voltage range.

There are three ways to debug the meter, as follows:
Method 1: display / button;
The instrument is debugged through 4 keys on the display screen. (Figure 6)
