Gas ultrasonic flowmeter
The gas ultrasonic flowmeter clamp-on probe is installed directly on the process pipeline instead of being inserted into the pipeline. No direct contact with the medium, easy and fast installation, no need to interrupt the process medium, and no pressure loss.
Working principle
Gas ultrasonic flowmeter is an ideal solution for accurately measuring high-pressure gas. Compared with traditional measurement methods, especially when measuring large-diameter, it greatly reduces the cost. At the same time, the meter has a wide range ratio and can measure very low flow rates.
According to the ISO12213-1 standard, the gas ultrasonic flowmeter instrument has a built-in flow computer, which can complete the conversion of standard condition flow through temperature and pressure compensation. The K probe of gas ultrasonic flowmeter adopts 500KHz excitation frequency, which is especially suitable for measuring gas and liquid with high sound loss. The feasibility of clamp measurement depends on the sound loss level and gas density.
